Who We are
Global Entrepreneurship Society at UCLA (Formerly Three Day StartUp at UCLA) is an entrepreneurial and educational extracurricular program designed for university students with an emphasis on hands on learning. Here, we find ways to expand startup ideas into global businesses.

Our Approach
From ideation, team formation, market research to rapid prototyping and final pitch, our members will be able to directly apply knowledge learned at the workshops to come up with a sustainable business model.

What Makes Us Great
You might have read a great lot of startups, how to use lean canvas, how to approach your consumer, and even how to pitch. But in the entrepreneurial world, real learning happens when doing.
We believe the best way for students to learn how to start a company is to actually start a company. The value they get from actually getting their hands dirty and doing something is often superior to just sitting in a classroom and listening to a lecture, or just reading a book and thinking hard about it.
Global Entrepreneurship Society is a community that places emphasis on learning by doing.
It’s About the Platform
Chemistry students have labs. Engineering students have machine shops. Art students have studios. Where is the applied environment for entrepreneurship? That’s what GES is creating.
We help our members gain skills necessary to found a startup: It is not only Knowledge, but skills to drive startup team, lead brainstorming session, Pitch elegantly, interact with your potential consumer, and dive deep into their mind, and figure out what they really want.
Our members develop communication, teamwork, leadership skills, and aims to build a community on the UCLA campus, and within the larger entrepreneurial ecosystem.
